Her therapeutic approach is holistic and personalized, addressing the unique needs of her clients while focusing on problem resolution, triggers, and goal achievement. She firmly believes that resilience and healing are attainable for everyone, even in the face of adversity.
Drawing from her own experiences as a young African American girl who faced various traumatic events, La'Seana’s desire to help children and teens is rooted in her empathy and understanding. She values the significance of experiences and cultural appreciation, believing they enrich our lives by fostering the acquisition of new skills and techniques.

In memory of her late sister Amber, affectionately known as "Ree," who passed away in March 2021, La'Seana established the Reemember Me Foundation in 2022. Amber was a remarkable individual who lived life on her own terms, embracing her boldness, confidence, diva spirit, and passion for crafting her own narrative.
Her loving and distinct character left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. Through the Reemember Me Foundation, La'Seana believes in the power of supporting those around us, which fosters a sense of purpose that resonates in various aspects of our lives.
